By using Shelfie! and making any in-app purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app or make purchases.
What Shelfie! Offers
Shelfie! is a digital bookshelf where you can add books, organize your library, and decorate your shelf with cute in-app items. Premium features are available through:
Annual — recurring yearly billing
Lifetime — one-time payment, permanent access
Subscriptions & Billing
All purchases are processed through Apple via your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
Monthly and Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You'll be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period expires.
How to Cancel
You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings. You'll keep access until the end of your paid period.
- Open Settings on your device
- Tap your name → Subscriptions
- Select Shelfie! → Cancel Subscription
Lifetime Purchase
The Lifetime option grants permanent access to all premium features for as long as Shelfie! is available. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the app. This is a one-time, non-refundable purchase.
Virtual Goods
Decorative items and aesthetic accessories in Shelfie! are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged outside the app. We may update or modify available items over time.
Refunds
All refunds are handled by Apple. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.
Your Content
You own any book data or library info you add to Shelfie!. Please don't reverse-engineer the app, redistribute premium content, or use the app in any way that impairs its functionality.
Intellectual Property
All designs, illustrations, decorative items, and interface elements in Shelfie! are our property and protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants a license to use this content within the app only.
Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing with advance notice. You'll have the chance to accept or cancel before any increase applies.
Disclaimers
Shelfie! is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We'll notify you of material changes through the app.
